The Zugló Városközpont project is set to become a diverse real estate endeavour, seamlessly integrating office spaces, a shopping centre or retail corridor, and residential elements.

This expansive project will be constructed on a 6.7-hectare plot, boasting a grand total gross floor area of 224,000 square meters.
